Danny Cipriani: Sharp Dressed Man for Schon! Magazine print issue number 32

I love doing interviews- it must be something to do with my naturally inquisitive nature… So when I get to interview celebs for Schon! Magazine I know they will always have someone interesting in mind….

Danny Cipriani was a very intriguing character.. Not just a rugby player (thank goodness- that’s not my specialist subject),but a fashion lover, and a real life lover. Not mine, I hasten to add!!! Read the full feature here, and check him out in some very extreme fashion.

Happy new year, and happy new fashion!

London Collections is back with a bang, and is rebranded as London Fashion Week Mens, so it’s no wonder you might have spied lots of #LFWM hashtags over the last few days.

There’s a new home at 180 The Strand for the BFC, which has shown some very hot off the press shows, and Topman have cornered the Old Selfridges Hotel for their edgy designers. I have some personal faves so far, but watch this space for a review. Day four tomorrow!

GENTS, if I was to ask if you to describe the perfect pair of pants, I bet comfort would be up there in your top three?

So what you pack your balls into to be comfortable gives you comfy balls right? Apparently this moniker aroused some sniggers when the Scandinavian founders tried to launch in the States, and the name was banned for being vulgar!

For a company that was founded in Norway in 2013, it is now selling like hot buns in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, so it is seems our American cousins are missing out on the action..and the unique PackageFront™ design that Comfyballs provides, which claims to increase comfort by “reducing heat transfer and restricting movement”.

I didn’t realise underwear could get so technical, but I’m assured by my man friend that the underwear gets his thumbs up!

No Comments 55Factory, fashion, menswear, my words

I love a man in a suit. Especially a Savile Row suit.. and when I heard that these beauts were by Richard James- but off the peg for his Richard James Mayfair collection at John Lewis, I nearly choked on my cosmopolitan (it’s having a revival dontcha know!!)

FCUK: Now I have your attention!

No Comments fashion, menswear, my words, news, Stylist, womenswear styling

The high street store French Connection is always a fail safe pitstop for party wear and separates. I’ve never considered it a port of call when I want to look particulary edgy, there have been plenty of other options for a quick fix.

However in the last couple of seasons, the undercurrent of va-va-voom is making it’s way into the denim, florals and comfortable cord combos, and now the next gen boys and girls can take inspiration from the up and coming trend-setters, carefully chosen to represnt 2016.

The SS16 collection is turning back the clock and has taken inspiration from 90s grunge. If anyone is old enough to remember the cult movie Trainspotting, Kelly MacDonald’s character Diane was a bit of a fashion slave and wore a range of classic sequin dresses. Along with patterned trackie tops, bucket hats and Cool Britannia macs, the styling is designed to be mashed and clashed up, and is an Instagrammer’s dream!

Keeping it real, the talent fronting the campaign includes British singer/songwriter, #WillHeard who is currently touring with Rudimental,  Argentinean born, NY based artist #ConieVallese, Parisian Model and actress, #AngieSherbourne, Polish model #CocoKate and British model and self-proclaimed ‘artist in training’ #WilsonOryema

A hurdle away from the pretty pretty that I remember, I can forsee a trip down memory lane in more ways than one.
